My name is Abisola (Ah-bee-saw-lah) Ikegwuonu but everyone calls me Abi. I am the Stylist behind A Thread of Style. I am a wife and mother of three amazing children. I am originally from Nigeria but now call Metro Atlanta, home. I am passionate about self expression through style. I liken style to language and like any language, we want to make sure our communication is clear and intentional. It’s also no secret that when you look good, you feel good – there’s that extra pep in your step. I have a genuine passion for helping others and I share that passion through my work as a personal stylist. I like to keep things very simple and polished. I focus less on trends and more on YOUR personality and lifestyle.
I style women, who, like you are making an impact one action at a time. I am your Personal Stylist! I find and put together the perfect clothes for YOUR body to project YOUR image and beauty.
Style is about celebrating the best parts of YOU – your skin tone, your size, your age, your season in life – all the time!
My goal is to help you develop or fine-tune looks that highlight God’s workmanship. But why?…
BECAUSE you are successful and want to look the part, but you hate shopping or don’t even know where to begin. You have a few go-to outfits or “uniforms” but other than that, your closet makes you sad.
BECAUSE you have style envy, to the tune of: “She is rocking that (fill in the blank)! I wish I could look that good!”
BECAUSE maybe you don’t drool over Vogue or have runway lust, but you do know how you feel when you look great — and you want to feel and look that way every day.
From special pieces to mix with your favorite skirt or jeans, to ready-to-grab, head to toe looks, I’ll have you stylin’ in no time! So whether you’re on your way to the board room, a wedding, invited to a sexy cocktail party or to speak/perform on stage, you will never have that “I have nothing to wear” moment again.
THE BEST PART: I come to you and I make it easy. Are you ready to find your thread? Click here to check out my services.
